Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Evaluating school performance in the light of evaluation data collected to initiate follow-up measures and recommendations.
  2. Employing various evaluation tools such as internal and external assessment results, value-added data, School Review Questionnaire, Stakeholders'Survey, Learning & Teaching Questionnaire, interviews, lesson observation, staff appraisals etc., the SDT assesses the results, provide information for making decisions and devise development programs.
  3. Promoting professional development, the SDT introduces Professional Development Days, Professional Development Week and sharing sessions among teaching staff.
  4. Focusing on staff development, the SDT is responsible for carrying out the Mentoring Scheme in order to help those new teachers get fully involved in the school activities with ease.
