40th Anniversary Logo Design Competition

Participants must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Originality and Legal Liability: Submitted entries must be original works that have never been previously published. If an entry is found to involve plagiarism or copyright infringement, or if its content contains illegal material, profanity, or defamatory statements, the school will disqualify the entry. Participants shall bear sole legal responsibility for all matters relating to their entries.

2. Judging Decisions and Reservation of Rights: The competition results are subject to the final decision of the judging panel. The school reserves the right to revoke or withdraw a participant's eligibility or any awarded prizes.

3. Right to Amend Rules: The School reserves the right to amend all competition rules and other arrangements, and to withhold any prizes, without prior notice to the participants. The School shall not bear any liability for such actions.

4. Copyright Ownership and Usage: The copyright of all submitted entries belongs to the school. The school reserves the right to modify the entries if necessary, and to publish, exhibit, and print the works across any media. The school may also use the entries to produce souvenirs or promotional materials.

5. Handling of Entries: The school reserves all rights to use or handle the submitted entries. Submitted works will not be returned. Participants must retain the original files for future printing purposes.

6. Agreement to Terms: By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of the competition.

7. Personal Information Collection Statement: The personal data collected for this competition will be used solely for the "Kwok Tak Seng Catholic Secondary School 40th Anniversary Logo Design Competition" and related administrative purposes.
