Technology Society

Aim:

The aim of the Technology Society is to assist the Technology Key Learning Area in organizing some activities.

Activities

1. Competition on System Modeling & Optimization which is organized by the department of Systems Engineering & Engineering Management, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The purpose of this competition is to encourage students to actively study computer technology and hence tries to improve their ability in building system model, use of mathematical method and computer technology to solve problem. Through the participation in extra-curricular activities, students can also increase their exposure, develop a creative mind and better prepare for their tertiary education.

2. Webpage design and project design competition which is organized by The Hong Kong Association of Computer Education. Our student got a Certificate of Merit in this competition.

3. Chinese input method tutorial. The purpose of this tutorial is to promote form one students Chinese typing skills in order to meet the standard.
